Memorial Day
If you've never made it out to the Arlington Cemetery for Memorial Day, maybe it's time you put that on your "bucket" list. Memorial Day is an American federal holiday, which of course means government workers get off work, and it is observed annually on the last Monday of May. Memorial Day is recognized as a day of remembering the men and women who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. "Formerly known as Decoration Day, it originated after the American Civil War to commemorate the Union and Confederate soldiers who died in the Civil War.” In the 20th century, Memorial Day had been extended to honor all Americans who have died in all wars around the world. Here in our "Memorial Day" section, you'll find an array of American veteran inspired cufflinks to commemorate the memory of our soldiers, both deceased and alive, around the world. In this section, you'll find American Flags, Red/White/Blue Cufflinks, Stars and Stripes, Veteran Cufflinks, Army Cufflinks, Navy Cufflinks, and more. Maybe it's time to send a special gift to one of your favorite soldiers or veterans, to show your appreciation of their services to the United States of America.
